Prepare signin and setup details

To sign in to and set up the ISPSS environment you'll need to use the following details. Be sure you have them on hand:

Set by you at any required time, using InstallerUser built-in user.

The InstallerUser password that you define applies for 24 hours and should then be redefined.

Sign in to the ISPSS portal and access the Identity Administration portal

If your Connector machine has internet access, sign in to the ISPSS portal from the Connector machine and download the installation files to the Connector's desktop.
Otherwise, sign in to the ISPSS portal from any other machine and copy the necessary installation files to the Connector machine at a later time.

  1. Log in to the Connector machine with a user account that is a domain user with local admin and installation permissions on the machine.

  2. Sign in to the ISPSS user portal using the link and initial user provided in the CyberArk email.

    On first time signin, a prompt appears to set a new password for the default user. Set a new password for the default user according to the password policy rules.

  3. In the Service Picker, select Identity Administration to access the Identity Administration user portal.
