Manage user profile

This topic describes how to view and manage your Secure Web Sessions user profile.

View your profile

In the CyberArk Mobile app, click the menu button on the top left hand corner to display your user details.

The user profile displays the following details:

  • Your first and last name, as specified when you joined Secure Web Sessions.

  • Profile photo

  • Phone number

  • Mobile device code type and commercial type

Edit your profile

You can change your user name and update or remove your profile photo.

In the CyberArk Mobile app, click the menu button on the top left hand corner and click Edit Profile.

Delete your user

 

This permanently deletes your Secure Web Sessions user, and it cannot be restored. Make sure that you really want to delete your user, and not just leave a tenant.

  1. From the CyberArk Mobile app, go to the edit profile page, and click Remove user account.

  2. Read the message in the confirmation message, and make sure you select the correct tenant from which you want to delete your user.

  3. Click Confirm.
