This topic describes how to view the Telemetry dashboard, and the components and information that appear in the Telemetry dashboard.
View the Telemetry dashboard
To view the Telemetry dashboard, you must be a customer (not a partner) with a user that has full access to the CyberArk Technical Community. Full access to the CyberArk Technical Community includes access to cases. If you do not have full access to the CyberArk Technical Community, contact the CyberArk Users Access Team to get the relevant permissions, at users.access@cyberark.com. |

In the CyberArk Technical Community, select Telemetry > Telemetry Dashboard.
Telemetry dashboard components
The Telemetry dashboard in the CyberArk Technical Community contains 20 components that visualize the information collected by the Telemetry tool using charts and bar graphs. These components are grouped into three sections so that you can quickly view related information, and gain valuable insight into user activity and credential compliance.

This section contains the first six components on the dashboard that give a general high-level overview about EPV user activity and compliance. |
Credential and activity details |
This section contains the next seven components on the dashboard that give more details about credential compliance, and also indicate how end users are using the PAM - Self-Hosted solution. |
Additional insights |
This section contains the remaining six components on the dashboard that show information that is less frequently viewed. |
Telemetry account information
Telemetry account information appears at the top of the dashboard, and includes the following information:

Activity and compliance overview

Active EPV Users (Current) |
This gauge chart displays the percentage of active users who have logged in to the PAM - Self-Hosted solution within the last 30 days. This information is useful in understanding the organization's current adoption level. |
Active EPV Users by Interactive Access (Historical) |
This double-line chart displays the largest number of active users in each month who have either connected with a PSM session or retrieved a password, with historical trending over the last year. This information is useful in understanding how the organizations' users are adopting PAM - Self-Hosted controls over time. |
EPV User Allocation (Current) |
This gauge chart displays the percentage of user licenses that have been allocated, for example, assigned a license. This information is useful in understanding the organization's current utilization level. |
EPV User Allocation (Historical) |
This double-line chart displays the largest number of allocated users in each month compared to the total number of user licenses, with historical trending over the last year. This information is useful in understanding how the organization is allocating their licenses over time. |
Credential Compliance (Current) |
This gauge chart displays the percentage of compliant credentials (per the platform/policy rules) that are managed by PAM - Self-Hosted . This information is useful in understanding the organization's current compliance status and related risk. |
Credential Compliance (Historical) |
This double-line chart displays the largest number of compliant credentials in each month compared to the total number of credentials, with historical trending over the last year. This information is useful in understanding how the organization is progressing with their compliance and related risk over time. |
