Customize the support links

This topic describes how to add a link to your own company's support portal to the support menu so user's can contact your company's support organization before escalating to CyberArk support.

To add a custom support link

  1. Go to Settings > Customization > Account Customization.

  2. Complete the following fields, then click Save.

    Field Description
    Company Name Enter the name of your company that you want to appear in the link text and description.
    Company Support Link Enter the link to your support organization.

    Your custom link will appear on the Support page available from the username drop-down menu.
