Download the CyberArk Identity mobile app for Android
This topic describes available functionality in the CyberArk Identity mobile app for Android for users without access to Google services. The CyberArk Identity mobile app is available in the CyberArk Identity Admin Portal Downloads page for download in order to distribute it to users who do not have access to Google services (for example, users located in China). You can distribute the mobile app using a Mobile Application Management tool.

Respond to push notifications without Google services
Users can tap the refresh icon to explicitly fetch push notifications (for the Mobile Authenticator authentication challenge) and policy updates sent by CyberArk Identity.
Contact your CyberArk account representative to enable this feature if you have users without access to Google services. If you enable this feature, all users see the refresh icon. Users without access to Google services can use it to fetch notifications. Push notifications continue to work as expected for users with access to Google services.
