Set predefined reasons for privileged account access

You can create a list of predefined reasons for users to select when they are required to specify a reason for accessing an account.

To define a list of optional reasons for users to select when requesting access to an account:

  1. Click Administration> Platform Management; the Platform Management window appears.

  2. Select the platform to configure, then click Edit; the configuration page for the selected platform is displayed.

  3. Right-click UI & Workflows > Add Privileged Account Request > Privileged Account Requests.

  4. Right-click Predefined Reasons and select Add Reason, then in the Properties pane, specify a reason in the Value field.

    Repeat this step to add all the reasons to display in the drop-down list of predefined reasons.

  5. Click Apply to save changes.
