Enable Users to Print PSM Sessions
End users can print sessions initiated by the PSM on their local printers.
This procedure is required so that users who are connected though the PSM can print from clients that are installed on the PSM machine. For example, Toad.
To enable users to print PSM sessions:

On the PSM server, open the Computer Management console, and display the Local Users and Groups. |

2.
|
Display the Properties for the PSMConnect user. |
|
3.
|
In the Environment tab, select the following options: |

Connect client printers at logon |
|
■
|
Default to main client printer |
|
4.
|
Click OK to apply the change and close the PSMConnect Properties window. |

5.
|
Display the Properties for the PSMAdminConnect user. |
|
6.
|
In the Environment tab, make sure that the following option is NOT selected: |

Connect client printers at logon |
If this option is selected, clear it.
|
7.

Click OK to apply the change and close the PSMAdminConnect Properties window. |
(Optional) Allow CPM Management for PSMConnect and PSMAdminConnect Users
Note: This step is mandatory for customers who want to manage PSMConnect and PSMAdminConnect user credentials with CPM.
Customers who manage PSMConnect and PSMAdminConnect user credentials with CPM must make sure that a reconcile account is associated with the PSMConnect and PSMAdminConnect accounts. For more information about associating reconcile accounts, refer to Reconciling Passwords in the Automatic and Manual Account Management section.
In addition, configure the CPM to automatically reconcile passwords after it detects a password on a remote machine that is not synchronized with its corresponding password in the Vault.

Click ADMINISTRATION to display the System Configuration page, then click Platform Management to display a list of supported target account platforms. |

Select the platform to configure, then click Edit; the configuration page for the selected platform appears. |
|
3.
|
Expand Automatic Password Management, then select Password Reconciliation; the Password Reconciliation parameters are displayed in the Properties list. |

Set RCAutomaticReconcileWhenUnsynched to Yes. |

5.
|
Click Apply to save the new configurations and apply them immediately, |
or,
Click Save to save the new configurations and apply them after the period of time specified in the RefreshPeriod parameter.
