Collect Log Files

The CAVaultManager utility enables you to collect log files from the Vault server to help with troubleshooting, using the CAVaultManager CollectLogs command.

This command creates a folder on the Vault server and stores the following files in the folder:

UpgradeDB.Log
ENEConsole.log
trace.d (0-4)
LogicContainer.log
ENETrace.log
dbparm.ini
BLServiceApp.exe.config
paragent.log
tsparm.ini
ClusterVaultConsole.log
PARagent.ini
my.ini
ClusterVaultTrace.log
PADR.log
VaultDB.log
CAVaultManager.log
PADR.ini
MSInfo   
ClusterVault.ini
VaultConfigurations.log

CAVaultManager CollectLogs

CAVaultManager uses the CollectLogs parameter to provide the following option:

CAVaultManager CollectLogs [/OutputFolderName <FOLDER>]

The full path of a folder where the Vault server log files are saved.
