Specify a phone PIN

This topic describes how to create a PIN to authenticate using the phone call mechanism.

Your systems administrator must enable this feature before you can authenticate using the phone call mechanism.

To specify a phone PIN

1. Log in to the user portal.
2. Go to Account > Authentication Factors , then click Set next to Phone PIN.
3. Specify your PIN, then click Save.
