This topic provides an overview of CyberArk Identity, service hosting locations, and service status.
System overview
CyberArk Identity is composed of the following services, web portals for administrators and users, and mobile applications users can install on their iOS and Android devices.
CyberArk Identity component locations
The services that are a part of your CyberArk Identity tenant are hosted in different regions based on pods. A tenant is the logical unit that separates subscriber organizations from each other within CyberArk Identity. When users and administrators sign in to the CyberArk Identity cloud service, they sign in to a specific tenant, and every operation that they perform applies to that tenant alone.
To find your pod, click your username, then click About. Note the pod in the About window, and reference the following table for its location.
