Configure email delivery
This topic provides the IP addresses, domains, and hosts to configure email delivery.
CyberArk Identity sends user notification emails such as invites and OTP for MFA challenges through email. It is recommended to allow the following IP address, domains and hosts below in your gateway for emails to be received. If you are using Microsoft 365, see Create sender lists in EOP for more information.

In addition, you can use the CyberArk Identity Connector to connect to your SMTP server. This allows you to connect to the SMTP server from a known IP address if you want to limit connections based on IP address. Refer to Install the CyberArk Identity Connector for more information about the connector.
