This topic describes the User Profile in the CyberArk Mobile app and the Remote Access user portal. Use the User Profile to view and manage your user profile.
View your profile
In the CyberArk Mobile app, click the menu button on the top left hand corner to display your user details.
In the Remote Access portal, click your user name at the top right corner to display your user details.
The user profile displays the following details:
User's first and last name, as specified when you joined Remote Access.
Type of device currently used to access the Remote Access portal
Edit your profile
You can change your user name and update or remove your profile photo.
In the CyberArk Mobile app, click the menu button on the top left hand corner and click Edit Profile.
In the Remote Access portal, go to your user profile and click to display your user profile in edit mode.
Delete your user
This permanently deletes your Remote Access user from all tenants, and it cannot be restored. Make sure that you really want to delete your user, and not just leave a tenant.
From the CyberArk Mobile or Remote Access portal, go to the edit profile page, and click Delete account.
Read the message in the confirmation message, and make sure you understand that this action deletes your Remote Access user and profile from all tenants.
If you are sure you want to delete your Remote Access user, click Delete Account from the CyberArk Mobile or Yes, delete my Remote Access user permanently from the Remote Access portal.
If you were authenticating to Remote Access via the CyberArk Mobile app, the next time you open the app, it will automatically be deleted.
