Manage connectors
This topic describes how to view Remote Access connectors and explains the different icons that represent their status.
View connectors
You can see the number of connectors that have been installed successfully in each site on the Sites page.
Click the number of connectors to display the Connectors page for that site.
View connector details
On the Sites page, click the number of connectors to display the Connectors page, then click a connector tile to view its details.

Description |
The description specified by the user when the connector was created. |
Version |
Version of the connector. For the latest version number, see What's new. |
Connected |
Whether or not this connector is successfully connected to the SaaS service. This connection passes initialization messages, as well as connector login and management commands between the Remote Access SaaS and the connector. |
LDAP initialized |
Whether or not Init-ldap has been run on this connector to enable the VendorLDAP service. |
LDAP running |
Whether or not the LDAP service is running on this connector, and the VendorLDAP service is available for using the JIT Vendor and Group feature. |
Reverse-proxy running |
Whether or not the proxy service on the connector is running, thereby facilitating user sessions between the Remote Access SaaS and PAS. |
Secure tunnel running |
Whether or not the secure tunnel service is up and secured between the Remote Access connector and Remote Access SaaS service. |
Number of users |
The number of users who can be provisioned in the Vault from this connector using the JIT Vendor and Group feature. |
Number of applications |
The number of applications that are accessible through this connector. |
Certificate expires on |
The date and time when the certificate that secures the Remote Access connector and Remote Access SaaS service expires. |
Last updated on |
The date and time when this connector was last updated. |
Connector status
The connector icons display the current status of installed connectors at a glance. The following table lists and explains these icons for a single connector.

All connector services are running and applications can be accessed via this connector. However, the VendorLDAP service has not been initialized and JIT vendors and groups cannot be provisioned through this connector. |

All connector services are running, including the VendorLDAP service. This means that applications can be accessed and JIT vendors and groups can be provisioned through this connector. |

Disconnected |
The connector is disconnected from Remote Access SaaS and users cannot reach applications via this connector. |

Connector component issue |
The connector is connected to the Remote Access SaaS but one or more connector services are malfunctioning. |

Pending |
Connector setup has not yet been completed. |
