Use the following Docker commands to verify the log:

 
docker volume ls
docker volume inspect <volume-name>

Connector logs details

Logs

Description

Connector.log

Displays the general status of the connector. For example, whether the connector is successfully connected to the SaaS service and messages related to other components. This log also includes the following information:

  • Initialization

  • Connector login

  • Management commands received from the SaaS or Remote Access CLI

  • Credential verification of internal company user credentials against the Active Directory.

Nginx-output.log

The proxy log of users' sessions between the connector and Remote Access SaaS, PVWA, and HTML5.

OpenLDAP

Logs for Just-in-Time functionality, creating user/groups, and the VendorLDAP logs.

ssh-client-output.logs

Records connectivity to the Remote Access SaaS and includes information about the secure tunnel.
